Relating to support for federal legislation permitting state                  
concealed handgun permittees to carry concealed handguns in

Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representative Porter:                          
                                                                               
Page 2, line 1, following "states":                                            
Delete "regardless of whether or not that other state allows the              
carrying of concealed handguns"                                                
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Ogan objected and withdrew the objection.  There being          
no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.

Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
SJR14amH be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
